1. General

By enrolling in any course offered by Urban Education, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users, including students accessing our services online or offline.

2. Course Enrollment

• Admission is subject to availability of seats and successful payment (full or partial).

• Students must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration.

• Urban Education reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

3. Payments

• Course fees must be paid as per the structure shared at the time of enrollment.

• Fees can be paid in full or through installment options (if applicable).

• For "Pay After Placement" programs, students must sign a separate agreement detailing terms of deferred payment.

4. Refund Policy

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of course cancellation by the institute.

• If a student withdraws voluntarily after course commencement, no refund will be applicable.

• In special cases (like medical emergencies), refunds may be considered upon management approval.

5. Class Attendance & Conduct

• Minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory to qualify for course completion and certification.

• Students are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior toward trainers and peers.

• Urban Education reserves the right to suspend or expel any student for misconduct or violation of rules.

6. Course Materials & Access

• All course materials (videos, PDFs, notes) provided are for personal learning use only.

• Sharing, reselling, or distributing materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• Access to online platforms or tools is time-bound as per the course duration.

7. Certification

• Certificates will be issued only upon successful course completion, project submission (if any), and full fee payment.

• Urban Education is a training provider, not an academic institution; certificates are issued for skill validation, not university degrees.

8. Job Assistance & Placement

• For courses that include placement support, Urban Education will assist in interview opportunities but does not guarantee a job.

• The student's performance, communication, and technical skills also play a vital role in placement outcomes.

9. Privacy & Data Use

• All personal information provided is used solely for academic and communication purposes.

• We do not sell or share student data with third parties without consent.
